To book a private helicopter in London, tell us where and when you want to fly, how many passengers and the luggage. We reply with a price. Once you confirm, we need payment and passenger names and weights before the flight, and we check the weather the day before and on the morning of the flight.

1. Decide the basics
Before you enquire, it helps to know:
- Where you are flying from and to, and the date.
- The time you need to arrive or leave.
- How many passengers, and roughly how much luggage.
- Whether you want a return, and when.
If you are unsure of any of these, say so; we can help with the rest.
2. Send your enquiry
Use the contact form, email operations@batterseahelicopter.com or call +44 20 7781 8094. The charter team is available 24 hours a day.
3. Receive your quote
We reply with a price for the helicopter that suits your group and route. Quotes are subject to availability, particularly for busy dates such as race meetings, so a quote is held only for a short time. See how much it costs to charter a helicopter for what affects the price.
4. Confirm and pay
When you confirm, we send a booking confirmation to sign. Payment, by card or bank transfer, is taken in full before the flight, and the cancellation terms in the booking confirmation apply.
5. Passenger details
We need the name and weight of every passenger, and passport details for international flights. Weights are needed to plan the weight and balance of the helicopter, which sets how much luggage it can carry.
6. The day before
We review the forecast the day before and again on the morning of your flight, and tell you if the picture changes. If the flight is cancelled because of the weather, you pay nothing. See how weather decides a flight.
7. Arrival and boarding
Your booking confirmation gives the arrival time at the heliport. Heliport staff meet you and escort you to the helicopter; see how to get to the London Heliport and what to expect on your first helicopter charter.
